Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University has been included in the QS World University Rankings: Asia 2026.
For the first time, ALT University entered the prestigious international QS World University Rankings: Asia 2026, securing a position in the 1001–1100 range in Asia and ranking 59th among universities in Central Asia.
The QS ranking evaluates universities based on key indicators such as academic and employer reputation, research citations, level of internationalization, academic mobility, and the development of research networks.
ALT University’s inclusion in this ranking is a significant recognition of its progress in education quality, research activities, and international collaboration. The university consistently implements its sustainable development strategy, strengthens partnerships with foreign universities, and develops innovative directions in transport technologies, logistics, and digital solutions.
This achievement highlights Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbayev ALT University as one of Kazakhstan’s dynamically developing higher education institutions and opens new opportunities for further strengthening its position in the international educational arena.
21.04. – 23.04.2026 25 educational programs of ALT University have successfully passed the international program accreditation.
The accreditation body is the Central Asian Association for Educational Accreditation (CAAAE).
Following the meeting of the CAAAE Accreditation Council, a decision was made: «To accredit 17 educational programs for a period of 5 years and 8 educational programs for 3 years».

From December 1 to December 2, 2025, 22 educational programs of ALT University successfully underwent international program accreditation.
Accreditation body: Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA).
Following the meeting of the IQAA Accreditation Council, the following decision was made:
To accredit 10 undergraduate programs and 12 master’s programs for a period of five years.
We congratulate the staff of ALT University on the successful international accreditation of its educational programs and wish them further success and new achievements.
ALT University named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev strengthens its position in the field of information security!
By Order No. 740 dated May 19, 2025, of the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a Supplement to the License for Educational Activity No. KZ88LAM00001234 was issued for the important area of personnel training – 6B063 “Information Security”. Based on this, the educational program 6B06328 – “Information Security Systems” has been developed.
